Hiring the Hall

Booking Enquiry - If you would like to book the Village Hall, first check availability by scrolling down to the Calendar below. If you can find a suitable date and time please familiarise yourself with our Charges and Terms & Conditions of Hire at the bottom of the page. You can then click on Request Booking at top of page to submit your request.
Booking Confirmation - When we have responded with an emailed confirmation of availability, please agree the booking details & terms and conditions by completing the Form below

Payment Terms
Full payment of your hire fee and deposit is due no later than two weeks before your event. We do not issue reminders, so please ensure that you make your final payment in good time; if payment is not received you may forfeit the period booked and we may accept bookings from other hirers.
Please note that Bank Transfer is our preferred method of payment – cheques will only be accepted by prior agreement at the time of booking.

Please quote your date of hire as a reference, and also provide us with your bank details for the return of the deposit.
Cheques only accepted by prior agreement at the time of booking with the Bookings Manager.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept cash.
