Kings Academy of Performing Arts
Kings Academy of Performing Arts aim to inspire self-belief in our students and empower them to achieve their dreams. We are a close-knit, family school, where each and every student, parent, teacher and friend deserves to feel uplifted, appreciated, included and empowered after every class. Classes are held on Thursdays from 16:00 - 21:00.

Japanese JuJitsu Association
The Japanese JuJitsu Association is a small and friendly traditional JuJitsu association.  We have been running for over 50 years, originally founded by Soke Martial.  We train in Japanese JuJitsu, and its practical applications in self defence.  We are affiliated to the Great Britain All Styles Self Defence Association (GBASSDA) , through which we are attached to a network of like minded clubs and associations.  We're also fully insured and vetted through GBASSDA.
Juniors start from aged 6. The first lesson is always free so come along and give it a go! Classes are on Mondays, Juniors 19:00 - 20:00; Seniors 20:00 - 22:00.


Artisan Theatre School 
Artisan Theatre School believes in giving each and every one of our students the confidence to reach for their dreams in the arts. Artisan is run by working professional performers in all areas of the industry. All of our teachers have gained their training from accredited drama, dance and music schools gaining their professional experience and training in London which is what makes us so unique to the South Coast. Classes at Artisan (Saturday mornings from 09:00) have the perfect mixture of building your child’s confidence and self esteem whilst most importantly having fun!

Joy and calm can often feel fleeting but with dedicated time to move your body, breathe deeply and quieten the mind with yoga, it can become the new normal. Lauren teaches community centered classes at Bursledon village hall on Thursday mornings at 07:15.

 
Pilates with Annette Vatter
Annette is a qualified and insured pilates instructor. Her class on Wednesdays at 9:15am is suitable for all ages and levels. It includes core work strengthening the back, tummy and glutes, as well as stretch and relaxation

Yoga with Tracy Trowbridge

Yoga with Tracy Trowbridge
Nurture your mind and strengthen your body with Tracy Trowbridge. These yoga classes on Wednesdays at 19:30 offer a comfortable, fun and supportive environment for all levels, from complete beginner to advanced yogis. With a focus on breath and flow, these classes will help you find balance and serenity in your hectic life.


Lowford Line Dancers
Lowford Line Dancers are a friendly, informal group who enjoy welcoming new members to our sociable activity. Visitors are welcome to a free "taster" visit and no previous experience or special kit is required - just comfortable footwear.

We meet at 10:30am on Wednesday mornings. We try to dance in time together, but this is a fun activity and we don't take ourselves too seriously!

Tutu Club Baby Ballet 
The Tutu Club Baby Ballet is a dance school for pre-school children. We focus on fun & imaginative dance and movement classes for children aged 18 months to 5 years old. The club’s activities have been designed, developed and written for pre-school girls and boys to give them the inspiration to embrace their incredible imaginations and fuel their ever exploratory minds through music & dance. We have teeny classes (18 months – 2 years) and tutu classes (2-5 years). Classes are held at 9:30am and 10:15am on Fridays.

Bursledon Players
Bursledon Players are an enthusiastic local amateur dramatic group. We stage two productions per year, and new members are always welcome to join in all aspects of putting on a show - on stage, behind the scenes and front-of-house.

Cinema Club
 
The Cinema Club meets at 18:30 on the third Friday of the month. A varied programme of films is shown, so come along to meet new friends and enjoy great entertainment.
